The following terms and conditions apply to any purchases made with Crumbed Foam Australia. By purchasing any products from our store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
Crumbed Foam Australia offers a lifetime warranty on all our crumbed foam products for both domestic and commercial use. A full replacement will be provided if a manufacturing defect is found, provided the products have been used in accordance with our recommendations and care instructions.
Custom-made foam products will be fully rectified or replaced if manufacturing defects are apparent or if the products do not meet the order specifications. We do not offer refunds on our custom foam range. We must be notified within 5 working days of accepting delivery.
Standard delivery is available for all our products. Please advise when placing your order whether your goods can be left at the delivery address. Additional fees will be incurred for recorded deliveries. Crumbed Foam Australia accepts no responsibility for the loss of goods on delivery if not recorded.
We are unable to offer a refund policy on our custom-made foam products for a change of mind after the close of business on the day your order was placed. This is due to the bespoke nature of our custom foam products, which are specifically made to your order. Crumbed Foam Australia will, at their discretion, change the specifications or sizes if your order has not yet entered the production process.
We reserve the right to remove any special offers at any time without notice; however, we will fulfill any orders placed prior to the removal of the special offer.
All goods are offered subject to availability. If any delays in shipment occur, the customer will be notified within 3 working days and given the choice of a full refund or a replacement product.
Crumbed Foam Australia will not cover postage costs for products that are not found to be defective; however, we will cover all postage costs for any products deemed faulty or incorrect.
We accept returns, less postage fees for the return of stock products, provided the product is returned unused with tags and packaging intact.
